Financial Aid and ScholarshipsA limited amount of need-based financial aid is available to international students. Competition for this aid is very selective. Financial aid awards for international students have ranged from $5,000 - $45,000. The average aid award for an international student is $23,000. Students Applying for Need-Based Financial AidTo be considered for need-based aid, international students applying for admission to the College must submit the International Student Financial Aid Application or the CSS PROFILE and the Financial Certification Form by February 5, 2010. This form must be submitted directly to the CMC Office of Admission.
Merit Scholarships at Claremont McKenna CollegeMerit scholarships are also available at CMC. Merit scholarships are awarded regardless of financial need. Merit awards range in size from $10,000 to full tuition. To apply for merit scholarships, students must submit their Common Application and CMC Supplement by the December 1 Merit Scholarship Deadline. For more information click below. Questions?
