Visa Requirements
If you are accepted to the College, then a
Certificate of Eligibility (Form I-20) will be issued by Claremont McKenna College upon
receipt of the $500 (U.S. Dollars) commitment deposit and proof of your (or your family's)
ability to pay for educational and living expenses while in the U.S. The I-20, a valid
passport, and documented proof of financial support must be presented to the Visa
Counselor at the American Consulate before a Student Visa (F-l) can be issued. A foreign
student advisor is available on campus to help you with immigration procedures and
regulations once you arrive in the U.S.
