Mr. Jon Kirchner
As President and CEO of Digital Theater Systems, Inc., Jon Kirchner leads the overall corporate direction of DTS, Inc. and its brands. Since joining DTS, Inc. in 1993, Jon has served as Executive Vice President of Operations, as well as CFO and Vice President of Finance and Business Development. Prior to joining the company, Jon worked for Price Waterhouse LLP's Dispute Analysis and Corporate Recovery and Audit Groups. During his tenure at Price Waterhouse LLP, he advised clients on financial and operational restructuring, business turnaround, market positioning and valuation issues. Jon has experience in a variety of industries including entertainment, high technology, manufacturing, distribution and transportation. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude, from Claremont McKenna College.
