The conference was a blend of distinguished scholars, authors, policy-makers and work-life professionals who are leading the thought and practice of improving balance between the demands of a career and the demands of personal life. In addition to presentations and participatory workshops, panel discussions were held on "Leadership in Work/Life Corporate Policy" and "Perspectives on Work and Family Life."
