Understanding Backlash Against Family Friendly Work Policy:
Sandy Uyekubo, a former Claremont McKenna College student examined the occurrence
of backlash to family friendly work policies. Sandy's research was her senior
thesis project. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to conduct her study
in Japan in 2002.
