7-COLLEGE COOPERATIVE RECRUITING PROGRAM
The Claremont Colleges feature a cluster of autonomous colleges, each of which excels in a particular academic niche. This educational consortium includes Claremont McKenna College, Harvey Mudd College, Pitzer College, Pomona College, Scripps College, Claremont Graduate University and Keck Graduate Institute. CMC is known for its strong economic, international relations and government departments. While each college has its own career center, employers have access to all The Claremont Colleges' students through our joint recruiting program. Over 200 recruiters come to The Claremont Colleges to recruit each year. CMC's Career Services Center hosts over 100 company visits each year, and offers excellent support and facilities for a successful recruiting visit. The Claremont Colleges use an on-line recruiting system, InterviewTRAK (a subgroup of MonsterTRAK), for its on-campus recruiting program. Our cooperative 7-College recruiting program gives employers access to over 6,000 students with an extremely broad array of majors.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS
On-campus interviews give you the chance to interview students in our office space. You have the option of pre-screening and selecting the students to interview or having an open schedule where students can sign up on a first-come, first-served basis. With the use of InterviewTRAK, we are able to make your interview date hassle-free with on-line resume and schedule access before your visit. You may arrange for interview schedules designed to recruit students for full-time employment or for internships.

RESUME DROP ONLY
If you are unable to come to CMC's campus to interview, you can choose the "Resume Drop Only" option in InterviewTRAK. Positions are advertised and qualified students submit their application materials on-line. You can then access and review resumes submitted and schedule interviews at your site or make arrangements to interview on the CMC campus.

EMPLOYER PRESENTATIONS/INFORMATION SESSIONS
Hosting an employer presentation and reception can be a highly effective element in your overall recruiting strategy. Through this venue, you can promote your company's opportunities, provide general information in advance of individual interviews, and meet and evaluate students in an informal setting prior to one-on-one interviews. We can make arrangements for campus meeting facilities, catering and audio-visual equipment.

All three options, on-campus interviews, resume drops, and employer presentations, can be requested through InterviewTRAK by following the instructions below:

1. Log on to MonsterTRAK
2. Click on Manage Recruiting Events
3. Click on Make New Reservation
4. Select Claremont Colleges
5. Enter your preference of dates, etc.
6. You will then receive a confirmation/decline from the appropriate school that will assist in setting up your event(s).

If you do not have a MonsterTRAK account, simply email our Recruiting Coordinator, Charlene Kile, with your request.

If you would like to post a job on our alumni job board, you can email the job description to our Recruiting Coordinator, Charlene Kile. Once the job description is approved, it will be posted on the alumni website for approximately 3 months. Please note: The position may take 2-3 days to post.
