Student Activities Office
The Student Activities Office is here to serve as a resource for student organizations. The following forms will help you in planning and participating in activities at CMC.
Event Registration Form - This form must be completed by any student organization planning an event on campus. The form will be submitted electronically. IMPORTANT: For MCKENNA AUDITORIUM Reservations, you must submit a hard copy of the McKenna Auditorium Request Form to the Dean of Students Office at least 5 business days prior to your reservation date.
McKenna Auditorium Request Form - This form must be completed and turned in with an event registration form if your event will be in McKenna Auditorium. The form must be turned in to the Assistant Director of Student Activities.
Crown Fund Request Form - The Crown Special Events Fund was established by the Crown Family Foundation in 1978 to support CMC students in creating a vibrant and diverse social life. The Crown Fund provides resources to promote student interaction as well as opportunities for intellectual, social, and culturally enriching special events. This fund is to benefit the larger student community were alternate sources of funding may not usually be available.
Student Activities Policy Manual - The Student Activities Office seeks to provide information to students who are involved in the social culture of CMC. This manual provides clarification and resources about a variety of programs, initiatives, and policies that are helpful for students when planning events or seeking to understand more about the work of Student Activities at CMC.
