Through contributions to the Alumni Fund CMC graduates express their commitment to providing a truly exceptional liberal arts education for current and future generations. Unrestricted gifts to the Alumni Fund support priorities such as faculty-student research to maintaining the grass on Parents Field. Your contributions are crucial as CMC continues to broaden student scholarships, strengthen the College's 10 research institutes, grow its athletics programs, maintain vital infrastructure, and enhance other areas of operation.
Contributions made to the Alumni Fund, along with Parents Fund and Friends Fund contributions, are part of the Fund for CMC and support The Campaign for Claremont McKenna. However, alumni participation is a special indicator of the College's ongoing value, relevance and impact.
In FY 2008 42.5 percent of CMC alumni contributed to the Fund for CMC through the Alumni Fund. Steve Crown '74 believes we can do better. He has issued a challenge to alumni to increase participation. As participation increases, his gift to the College will increase accordingly, reaching as much as $4 million.
Please consider making a gift to the Alumni Fund today.
