Deadlines: Applications must be received on October 1 for the Spring semester and on April 1 for the Autumn semester. The complete application should be sent to NIRMAN in India or by email. Admission decisions will be announced within the following month.
Requirements: NIRMAN programs are open to all qualified undergraduates in good standing, enrolled full time in an accredited American college or university. Students must have completed at least one year and have a GPA of 3.00. A full course load of 12 US credit hours is required. Courses must include at least in languages, one in the Social Sciences and Humanities, and one in the Arts, with the fourth being open to choice. Cost: Costs for one semester of 2008-2009 is $7500. These fees include residence, meals, tuition, and orientation. They do not include visa and airfare, either international or domestic, nor medical insurance. An additional $1200 is also required for travel for two weeks to four other cities of India. |
