Student Labs
CMC maintains four computer labs in which PC’s, Macintoshes, scanners, video editing stations, and printers are available for student use.
Poppa Computer Lab, named for alumnus Ryal Poppa (‘57), has 33 PC’s, 3 Macs, 4 scanners, 3 video editing stations, color and high-speed black & white laser printing.
Hours: open 24/7
Staffed 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. Monday - Thursday
Staffed 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday
Staffed 12:00 noon - 5:00 p.m. Saturday
Staffed 12:00 noon - 2:00 a.m. Sunday
South Lab at Stark Hall, aka SouthPark, has 14 PC’s and high-capacity black & white laser printing. It also is available 24/7. It is located centrally to all Mid- and Southquad dorms on the ground floor of the Stark Tower.

Unstaffed
Bauer Technology Classroom has 17 PC’s and a black & white laser printer. It is open in the evening, after classes are finished, and is the home of our technology workshops.
Hours: 7:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Sunday - Wednesday

Coming in 2008!
Ryal Residential Lab, also named for CMC Alumnus Ryal Poppa (‘57) will be available 24/7 and have 20 workstations and laser printing. It will feature an outdoor courtyard with high-speed wireless as well as power outlets for laptops. This residential lab will be near the geographic center of CMC’s campus. This brand new lab is under construction and should be in production for Fall of 2008. Follow the progress of this lab’s construction at http://www.cmc.edu/its/rrl.
