Structure
SOURCE is comprised of two student Managers, six teams, six Lead Consultants, various consultants, and an Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee plays a consultative and oversight role, but the students are ultimately responsible for making all decisions and completing their assigned projects. A team is assigned to each nonprofit that we work with. Each team has a team leader and about 2-5 members. Below is a flow chart to better understand SOURCE's structure: |

Kate Johnson ('13)

Kate Johnson is a junior Economics and government dual major at Claremont McKenna College. Before becoming Co-Manager of SOURCE. she worked as a Research Assistant and Student Manager at the Kravis Leadership Institute. She has also conducted research for the Rose Institute of State and Local government and developed marketing products for an Ashoka Fellow's non-profit in rural Ghana. Kate has been involved with SOURCE since her freshman year, first as a consultant, then as a lead consultant for the Claremont Forum team.

Tamar Kaplan ('14)

Tamar Kaplan is a sophomore at Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics with a Leadership Sequence. Before becoming Co-Manager, she was a consultant for the Claremont Museum of Art team. The previous summer, she worked for The Advocates for Human Rights in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and designed lesson plans and webinars to teach human rights curricular design. She will be studying abroad in Quito, Ecuador, in the fall of 2012.
