There are two different options that you can submit your registration; online or by mail. Follow the steps below on either option that works for you.
Online Registration
Step 1: Go to the online registration form and submit the required information to register for the conference and be included on our mailing list for future conference updates.
Step 2: Use one of the Paypal buttons below to submit your registration fee for the conference. You can use a credit card, bank card, or Paypal account.
For Regular Attendees - $450
For CMC Alumni - $325
For Social Sector & Non-Profit Organizations $145 per person
Step 3: Once you submit your online registration form and fee, you will be registered for the conference.
