Sophomore Leadership Experience

For the first time in CMC history, incoming sophomores (starting with the class of 2010) had an opportunity to apply and expand their leadership knowledge during a three-day experiential learning trip, the Sophomore Leadership Experience, held at a camp in the mountains above CMC. The trip included large and small group activities designed to give students increased self-awareness, facilitate group bonding and develop leadership skills. Programming included a day spent on Low and High Ropes courses, facilitated by Lodestone Adventures. Inc.. This program was be put on by the Kravis Leadership Institute with support from the Dean of Students Office. KLI subsidized this program in its entirety. The program ran from August 29th to September 1st, 2007.
