Between an Unfree World and None
ALBERT WOHLSTETTER
THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 1985 NUCLEAR STRATEGY AND ARMS CONTROL Few issues confronting us today compel our attention so forcefully and have such farreaching implications as those pertaining to nuclear arms. And so you will want to join us at the Athenaeum on Thursday, January 31st, to hear an eminent authority on nuclear strategy and arms control, Dr. Albert Wohlstetter, Director of Research at Pan Heuristics and President of the Euro-American Institute for Security Research. Dr. Wohlstetter, who has had extensive government service over the past three decades, will give a talk entitled "Between an Unfree World and None." This program which is sponsored by the Keck Center for International Strategic Studies, Sigma Xi, and the Athenaeum, will begin with a reception at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be at 6:00, followed immediately by the talk. This promises to be a fascinating and important program, so be sure to make your reservation no later than noon on Monday, January 28th. |
