The inaugural Sophomore Leadership Experience, sponsored by the Henry Kravis Leadership Institute and the Office of the Dean of Students, sent 30 secondyear CMCers to Big Bear Lake for activities both above and on the forest floor that tested their teamwork and communication skills.
