Microfinance Simulcast

Claremont McKenna students’ In-lend Fund provides financial literacy classes and credit building workshops for small businesses in the Inland Empire. They also help get micro-loans through Kiva-Zip and financial consulting services for small enterprises.

Starting April 3, the In-lend Fund will be hosting a simulcast with Stanford University for anyone interested in microfinance, impact investing and/or gender issues. Prominent speakers such as Sheetal Walsh, president and founder of Shanti Life, and Paul Rice, president and founder of Fair Trade USA, will be featured, among many others. The simulcast will be held every Thursday at the same time through May 8.

Viewers can watch the simulcast at Kravis Center Lower Court 62; refreshments will be served.
