As sure as proud families cheer their students at commencement, so, too, will last year's alumni gather to share the special day with their graduating CMC friends. With this in mind, the CMC Alumni Association is launching a new commencement festivity, a one-year reunion champagne brunch for the Class of 2003. "We hope this will be a fun beginning to a new tradition," says Holly McCord, associate director of alumni relations.
The Class of 2003 champagne brunch will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on commencement day, Sunday, May 16, in the Collins Dining Hall Green Room. All reunion guests are encouraged to stay for the ceremonies, which begin at 2 p.m. in Walker Pavilion of Badgley Garden, and feature former U.S. Senator Bill Bradley discussing America: The Path Ahead.
Brunch tickets are $10; to reserve a space, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at (909) 621-8097, or e-mail to alumni@claremontmckenna.edu. Reservations are required by Wednesday, May 5.
