The Claremont McKenna Activities Committee invites all CMC faculty, staff, and their families to participate in the 2008 Susan G. Komen Los Angeles Race for the Cure on Saturday, March 15 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena.
The CMC Race for the Cure team, the CMC Rad Racers, will join thousands of runners and walkers for the race, beginning with opening ceremonies and a Celebration of Life ceremony at 9 a.m. in Area H, located immediately south of the Rose Bowl. The day's activities include a co-ed 5K run from 9:30 to 11 a.m., a 5K co-ed walk from 10 to 11 a.m., a non-competitive one-mile fun-run from 10 to 11 a.m., and runner's awards.
Registration is $35 for adults and $25 for youth (ages 17 and under) and seniors (ages 60 and older).
