Steve Frates '69, a senior consulting Fellow at the Rose Institute of State and Local Government at CMC, will be the featured guest for the Sunday, March 6 Parents Club gathering in Beverly Hills, hosted by Carole Curb-Nemoy and Dr. Norman Nemoy P'07. The event, from 2 to 4 p.m., will include remarks by Frates on The Governor's Quest to Improve California's Government Problems and Prognosis.
