Leadership Development Activities


The Robert Day Scholars Program is much more than a series of classroom sessions and assignments. Through their participation in a co-curricular program designed specifically for Robert Day Scholars, these students have access to many opportunities outside of the classroom that are designed to enhance their leadership skills, develop their abilities to make reasoned and ethical decisions, and supplement the curriculum.

As part of the greater campus life of the Claremont Colleges, CMC's undergraduate Scholars will enjoy Guest Speakers and Campus Events representing the widest possible range of interests.

Robert Day Scholars will also participate in Professional Development Workshops that will enhance their interviewing, financial modeling, and oral and written communication skills. They will also be given the opportunity to establish a diverse network or contacts by participating in various Off-Campus Events.
