Review Sheet: Proposal for External Funding (PDF)
The Office of Research requires that for each proposal submitted through the College, the principal investigator must fill out a "Review Sheet: Proposal for External Funding" form. This is a simple form that provides a very brief summary of the working proposal for reviewers, and helps to keep track of the necessary signatures required for submission. In addition, the form exists to prevent multiple proposals being sent to granting organizations that will only consider one.
