Office of Student Accounts
The Office of Student Accounts, which reports to the Office of the Treasurer, is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and other charges relating to a student's financial account while attending Claremont McKenna College. The Office processes payments, credits, refunds, and charges; generates monthly statements; and assists students and their families with inquiries regarding their student financial account.

In our continuing effort to "Go Green" at CMC, the Student Accounts Office has launched a new paperless billing system through CASHNet.
As of September 1, 2009, paper copies of student account bills will no longer be mailed. Student accounts bills may be obtained via the CASHNet website.
