When should we receive a statement of our account?

Statement for the Monthly Payment Plan will be sent out the 1st of each month starting in August and ending in April. The Payment will be due on the 20th of each month.

Statement for Semester Plan will be sent out Mid July for the Fall semester due August 10th. For the Spring semester statement will be sent out Mid December semester due January 10th.

What if we have a discrepancy on our account?

What if my account does not reflect my financial aid information?

Financial aid will not be reflected on your statement until all the required documents have been received by the Financial Aid Office. To obtain further information you must contact the financial aid office directly.

Do you accept credit card payments?

No, we do not accept credit card payments. Payment must be made in the form of cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, or traveler's check.
