Whether you like pizza, grilled items, traditional fare or are a vegan, there will be extensive menu choices at Collins. Listed below are the food choices we anticipate having for the coming year.

Collins Grill...
will be a focal point for all meal periods. Breakfast will feature made to order items such as eggs, omelets, French toast and pancakes. In addition, breakfast meats and oven potatoes will be available. Lunch and dinner will feature burgers with assorted toppings, Garden burgers, chicken breast sandwiches, house fries, a specialty fried item daily and a daily grill special.

@Home...
offers entrée combinations that reflect seasonally fresh ingredients and a dash of creative flair.

Farm to Fork...
features only vegan foods with ingredients that are organically grown based on availability.

Greens...
begins with the freshest of vegetables. Add these to mixed greens and top it all off with your pick of homemade dressings or herbed flavored vinegars. In addition, we will offer daily specialty salads.

Expo...
brings the show to you with display cooking right before your eyes. An international flair will be the feature here with Asian, Italian and Mexican items. Vegetarian items will always be available.

Ovens...
features freshly baked pizzas and bread sticks with dipping sauces daily. The pizza will run the gamut from house favorites (pepperoni & cheese) to the exotic (shrimp scampi).

Corner Deli...
offers make-your-own sandwich meats roasted fresh right on the premises. Turkey, roast beef, ham as well as tuna salad, and egg salad will be featured. In addition, the panini grill for students to grill their sandwiches if they so choose.

Options...
Is a lunch and dinner concept served Monday - Friday that will feature a made to order cold Entree Salad or "Wrap" for lunch and a Hot Deli, Piadini Salad or Carving Station at Dinner.
