Videos FAQ
How do I watch these videos?
Go to the program library. Select the category for
the video you want to watch. On the category page, you will see
a list of programs. Click on the Windows Media link to
start the video. When you click, your web browser will automatically open
up the video in Windows Media Player. The video will stream to your
Media Player -- that is, our server will send it continuously as
you watch. It will take about 10-30 seconds for the video to start
playing. The video stream will adjust to your connection speed, from roughly 3K/s
to 200k/s.
What software do I need?
You need Windows Media Player, which is available for free from Microsoft:
Windows
Media Player download site.
Can I use RealPlayer?
No. We do not provide the RealPlayer format.
Can I use QuickTime?
No. We do not provide the QuickTime format.
Can I get additional help?
