Biography

Jennifer Feitosa is an Associate Professor of Psychological Science at Claremont McKenna College, a U.S. Fulbright Scholar, and the director of the METRICS Lab. She earned her Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on diversity, team dynamics, and measurement, with a particular emphasis on understanding how diversity can be effectively leveraged in work teams. 

Her work has been published in outlets including American Psychologist, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Research, and Human Resource Management Review, and she has presented more than 100 papers at academic conferences. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Feitosa collaborates with organizations across sectors such as healthcare, sustainability, media, and government (e.g., ARI and NASA) to improve team functioning through inclusive practices.

She serves on the editorial boards of Journal of Business and Psychology and Small Group Research, and her work has been featured in venues such as the APA monitor and ioatwork.com.
