Jan. 29 -- Describing it as "the ideal writer's town ... even the alleys are interesting here," poet and Claremont resident B.H. Fairchild chronicled Claremont in today's Los Angeles Times. Also noted was CMC Professor of Literature and Frost scholar Robert Faggen, whose 1998 conference on Nobel Prize-winning Czeslaw Milosz was called "unforgettable."
