Institute Team

The Institute Team manages all Kravis Leadership Institute programming and events, such as the Kravis de-Roulet Conference, Women and Leadership Conference, Leadership Dialogues, and Leadership Workshops. The Team is also responsible for all marketing and advertising for events, as well as internal student engagement and mentoring initiatives.

The Newsletter Team creates and produces a bi-annual newsletter that showcases KLI events, initiatives, and leadership insights, keeping the community of students, faculty, and alumni informed and connected. Newsletter collaborates with all teams to ensure content is aligned with the Institute’s mission to foster impactful leadership

Student Engagement and Mentorship Initiative (SEMI)

SEMI leads three key programs to foster connection, learning, and growth. First, Mentorship Office Hours pair KLI students with alumni for 30-minute conversations that build meaningful mentorship relationships. Second, Internal Mentorship coordinates internal mentorship pairings to support new hires as they transition into KLI and the CMC community. Lastly, Leadership Learning organizes Masterclasses that help students develop essential leadership skills from diverse leaders of industry.

Communications

Communications manages the KLI website and social media accounts. The Website Team manages Kravis Leadership Institute's websites and domains, develops web pages for conferences and events, and handles miscellaneous technology needs. The Social Media team manages KLI’s accounts on Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The Communications team highlights the achievements of KLI’s faculty and students and broadcasts institute events.

Logistics Management

The Logistics Management Team host Leadership Dialogues which encourage conversations about leadership on CMC's campus and promote a safe space where students can constructively debate, connect with faculty, and advance their career goals. The Logistics Management Team also promotes workshops with KLI professors and leadership coaches, and assists in conference planning.
