The Office of Student Accounts, which reports to the Office of the Treasurer, is responsible for the billing and collection of tuition, fees and other charges relating to a student's financial account while attending Claremont McKenna College. The Office processes payments, credits, refunds, and charges; generates monthly statements; and assists students and their families with inquiries regarding their student financial account.

Located in Kravis Lower Court with the Office of Financial Aid – Office LC50

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
(Closed 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.)
